Quilt Finishing Basics for Beginners
Service Description
Hey new quilters, have you taken our Quilt 101 class, and want to dive in deeper to quilting? In Quilt 102, we'll help you finish your first small quilt. Join our beginner-friendly class, where you’ll learn about adding backing and batting, quilting, and binding your small quilt top. We'll help you finish and whip up your own small quilt from Quilting 101.* *Must know how to sew or have taken Adult Beginning Sewing before booking in addition to having taken our Quilt 101 class. This class covers quilting, batting. backing and binding. *Please read the Booking Policy for additional information. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to additional supply lists (if needed).

Cancellation Policy
You will need to bring your sewing machine manual, all feet and accessories that came with your machine, needle, thread, straight pins or clips, and a rotary cutter for class.* A 1/4" foot is recommended, but not required. We ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early for set up, and recommend at least 30 minutes if supplies need to be purchased. There will be a 10% class discount on the day of your lesson that will apply to anything you purchase. To hold a class, we require at least two participants in each class. Twenty-four hours before the class, if we have one participant, we will have to cancel the class. You will be contacted and offered a refund, or the option to turn the lesson into a private class. To cancel or reschedule a class we must receive at least 24 hours notice or there will be a $20 cancelation fee. *For Beginning Sewing classes, if you do not have pins, clips, or a rotary cutter you do not have to bring them.
